Hello, I am excited to share this information I received from the managing director of Realty Point Limited, Debo Adejana. It is intended to be a magnet for international investments. TITLE DOCUMENTATION AND TITLE As a responsible organization, we owe our clients and prospects the duty of conducting necessary and extensive due diligence on a property to be sold before it is brought to the public. This we have done. THE PRELAUNCH AND AFTER LAUNCH OFFER PRICES: N5.5m per plot for outright payment. After launch promo offer price is N7m per plot payable in instalments as follows: N2m initial deposit and N125,000 per month for 40 months.
